All aluminum LED heat sinks are produced by high-pressure die-casting or low-pressure die-casting, and can be produced by gravity casting even if the volume is not too large. The heat sink used with the LED is designed to absorb and dissipate excess heat, keeping it away from the LED diode and into the heat sink. Then, passive or active air is circulated around the radiator to help cooling. Excessive heat can damage the LED phosphors, resulting in lower light output, color changes, and/or a significant reduction in life expectancy. But the most common problem seen in LED lighting applications is that the heat sink is too small or not at all. In order to avoid these thermal problems, we can provide a variety of customized LED aluminum die-cast heat sinks.

2. How to quote?
Received the sample or drawing in CAM/STP/IGS form, then we will make the quotation.
3. What kind of production service do you provide?
Mold making, die casting, CNC machining, stamping, plastic injection, assembly, and surface treatment.
4. What’s the production time for new molds and mass production?
30-60 days to make the new moulds, mass production takes around 30-45 days, also we can speed up process urgently if need.
5. Payment terms
Tooling cost: TT 50% with order, the balance after sample approved.
Mass production: TT 50% with order, the balance at sight of B/L
6. How about the packing?
Both standard and customized will be available.
